Je suis un photographe culinaire basé a Bordeaux.
J’ai passé 15 ans en Asie de 2005 a 2020 (Shanghai et Chiang Mai) ou j’ai pu travailler avec de nombreux chefs de renommée internationale comme Paul Pairet, Pierre Gagnaire, Mauro Collagreco, Nicolas Isnard…
Je travaille en contact direct avec les chefs le plus souvent directement dans leurs etablissements, en installant sur place un studio portable qui me permet de travailler les lumieres et sublimer leurs creation.
L’immersion dans leur établissement permet de bien comprendre leur univers, et la proximité avec leur cuisine est importante pour me plonger dans leur travail et avoir accès a la matière premiere et a leur materiel.
La photo culinaire est, a mon sens, la recherche entre composition, couleur et lumière qui permettra aux plats de reveler son plus beau profil.

After experimenting photography in France and Europe at the end of the 90ies, I decided to drive from Paris to Bangkok in a Peugeot 505 car.
2 years later, 13 countries and more than 10.000 photos shot, I settled down in the booming city of Shanghai where I spent more than 10 years.
I have worked for the F&B and hotel industry in Shanghai where I collaborated with famous chefs like Paul Pairet, Mauro Collagreco, Jean Georges… and high end restaurants like Three on the Bund, Chi-Q, Mr and Mrs Bund, Bar Rouge… And extend my client scope to Thailand (GCPH / Scarlett), and Dubai (Al Habtoor City).
My reputation allowed me also to work for different prestigious hotels brands in Asia : Pullman King Power Bangkok, Hotel G Hong Kong, The Bell Phuket, The Strand Hotel Yangoon…
Eager to deepen my scope and develop my art, I turned my attention to fashion and started to work for the prestigious company Bureau Betak which I had covered shows like Dior Haute Couture, Michael Kors Fashion show. . .
